A 3-house development on a combined 1446m² site. The development is designed as individual residences on green titles rather than a townhouse development. The northern house is developed as the client’s own home. The middle and southern homes are built as an investment.
The residences are designed around a northern orientation and are deliberately separately styled, so not to appear as a homogeneous development. Roof forms vary from skillions to pitched and some flat concealed roofs. Materials will be a combination of stone, face brick and textured wall linings and render.
