An exposed 974m² corner site provides the location for this elegant family residence. The house wraps around the south and west to provide maximum northern orientation to living spaces and shelter from harsh south westerly winds.
Two hipped roof pavilions are divided by a central stairwell/breezeway to allow controlled cross ventilation. Large, cantilevered eaves are employed for sun protection and additional depth to the elevations. Rammed limestone and timber detailing provide a coastal reference.
