Andrews Place, Cottesloe 2020

Family home on an awkward wedge shaped sloping 728m² site. These site challenges are balanced by the positives of a large northern boundary and a western outlook towards a local park. The house has been designed to orientate towards the park whilst controlling the western sun with large sculptural cantilevers.

The house wraps around the site from the street, through the park elevation and then onto the private external areas. The curves and materials run through the house externally and internally to create a cohesive form. Materials consist of: White render, Black Milano render, Timber cladding and Timber vertical fins Interiors: Courtico Interiors
