A two storey residence with a substantial underground basement to accommodate numerous vehicles and considerable storage. The main residence is oriented towards the north. The brief called for distinct zoning within the floor plan to accommodate the differing requirements of each family member. External spaces have been divided into a series of outdoor rooms which relate individually to internal living areas and entry spaces.

A low pitched roof, with dramatic front cantilever, combines with deep recessed windows and layered forms. This combination satisfies Council streetscape requirements whilst providing elevational depth and interest.
