Spread over 4 levels, the house includes a upper roof deck to enjoy the river outlook and northern rear indoor and outdoor living zones at ground level. A central void over the dining area provides volume and connections between levels.
Connection to landscape was an important brief requirements which has led to the incorporation of hanging and suspended planters and roof gardens. Extensive use of off form concrete throughout will be balanced with copper cladding, timber detailing and screening, extensive planting, ponds and bespoke cabinetwork.
