A substantial family house on a large 1214m² corner site, the house is zonally divided into separate pavilions which house large family living areas or more private spaces. Limited ocean views are available and have been maximized with the careful location of upper and ground floor external entertaining areas.
Main living areas face north and relate directly to external living areas . External living area are sheltered from the strong southwesterly winds by solid rammed limestone piers, whilst inbuilt louvre windows provide cross ventilation when required.
Curved rammed limestone walls provide texture and fluidity to the building form and reflecting the coastal context.
